Our parent company, Avantpage, is a US-certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). We are proud to provide employment opportunity for a diverse team of employees and freelance linguists and have made a strong effort to ensure that this diversity is present at all levels of the company. 60% of our leadership team are women, and 40% of our in-house staff is Latinx.

• COALITION FOR CONCERNED LEGAL PROFESSIONALS We offer linguistic support to the Coalition for Concerned Legal Professionals, advancing their efforts to help limited English speakers navigate the complex and costly US legal system.
• TRANSLATORS WITHOUT BORDERS We are proud to support the work of Translators Without Borders by offering pro bono language services to aid refugee communities displaced by war.

Environmental Policy

Sustainability is important to Avantpage Life Sciences. Our goal is to reduce our carbon footprint by proactively addressing the environmental impact of our operations. To achieve this, we have moved to a primarily remote working environment, largely eliminating the carbon emissions associated with a daily commute. Our digital business model means that we have greatly limited the use of paper and print media. The limited office space that we do hold complies with all local environmental regulations and prioritizes energy efficiency, recycling, and waste reduction. We believe that every small step towards a greener world has an impact on the lives of future generations.
